All hostel meals are served from buffet in sufficient quantities – also for the most hungry guests.
For breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served delicious home-made bread.

Every morning we serve a rich breakfast buffet with various delicacies to choose from, some of them organic, some homemade, some local and some just good tasting.

Packed lunch
Do-it-yourself packed lunch: ½ l. water bottle, bread, cold cuts, vegetables and fruit can be ordered every day. Please reserve ahead of time in the reception. See Breakfast Buffet

All other meals can be ordered by groups, conferences, meetings etc.
Whether you want half board or full board or just is making a stop in Ribe on a coach tour and need a meal, you are welcome in our restaurant.

It is possible to order the tables set for meals, like it is possible to order special food like vegetarian food, products from the Wadden Sea food products like: shrimps, salmon, lamb and heifer, etc
